In this video, you can see Andreas first starting of with 10 push-ups, then directly jumping up on to the pull-up bar and doing 10 pullups, after that time for 10 more pushups.

Sandboard can be a really great exercise.


Sand boarding is similar to snowboarding, except that you do it on sand.
Sand dunes, and yes you can get up to pretty decent speed if you know how to ride.



You will get a good core, balance, and Co-Ordination workout.



And obviously when you climb up to the top of the sand dunes you will burn some calories.
