In this video, you can see Andreas first starting of with 10 push-ups, then directly jumping up on to the pull-up bar and doing 10 pullups, after that time for 10 more pushups.

  1. Welcome to this training video.
    As a warm up i started with 3 kilometers of running at 4:45/KM min pace.

    Ok now i am ready to start some bodyweight and strength exercise.


    Start with some Dips.
    But first remove the snow from the Dip-Bar

    A press workout on the log.

    Then a balance exercise both normal and backward, you can never have to good balance.
    Then directly on to the dip bar again for some 90 degrees leg raises.
    At this time i was feeling the previous exercises, and the form of the chin-ups was suffering.
    It was really hard to get good form on the pullups during this workout.
    Since i did the workout continous with the running as a warm up i never got down in heart rate. It is really hard and effective to do a workout this way but the form can suffer.


    Then i got the idea to run directly in too an inverted row exercise.


    Then before the finishing sprints, decided to do some high knees, and heel skips, so that i do not get any injuries during the sprints.

    Then i finsihed of the workout with some high intensity sprints.

    I did the complete routine 3 times.
